Cut and portioned to order. Ask at the counter for thickness, weight or a custom trim.

Cooking instructions
Low and slow: a medium pan or BBQ, turning often, for 12 to 15 minutes. A burst sausage is a rushed sausage.
Do not prick them. Rest a couple of minutes before serving.
