Satay Beef Skewers
Hand-threaded beef in our own satay marinade — the balance of spicy, salty and sweet is done for you.
Cut and portioned to order. Ask at the counter for thickness, weight or a custom trim.

Cooking instructions
Bring to room temperature and cook over a medium-hot BBQ or grill pan, turning every minute or so, for 6 to 8 minutes in total.
The marinade will caramelise — move the skewers to a cooler part of the grill if it starts to catch.
Rest a couple of minutes and serve with rice, cucumber and extra sauce.
